Screening Tools

The Screening Tools module allows you to filter for various combinations of conditions that you believe will lead to a profitable investment/trade.

Screening Tools has the following two filtering capabilities:

Idea Generator

Idea Generator is designed to allow you to combine the Market Edge Opinion and various Investment Styles to create a list of stocks with either positive or negative fundamental and technical characteristics. It also includes Price, Volume, Exchange and Market Cap inputs. While it is very easy and straight forward to use, it is a very powerful tool in identifying.

Pick 6

Pick 6 combines thirty-one technical indicators and studies along with price, volume and exchange criteria. It also includes access to the Market Edge Second Opinion report for all of the screened selections. Again, it is very easy to use. You simply select up to six of the items that you want to include in the screen and then click on Run Filter at the bottom of the page. The results are presented on the screen in an easy to read format.
